The whole story can beg the question of, who gave the waitress the authority to kick someone out of the restaurant? Had she spoken with a manager? Was she even able to make this decision on her own?
While the management of Buzzed Inn mentioned that she’d been a longtime employee, it may have been a hasty decision. Perhaps Charisha should have gotten a second opinion by at least another employee – if not a manger – before agreeing to leave. But, she was embarrassed and probably just didn’t want to make a scene.
