As they were planning to move down to St. Petersburg, Florida, Bill and Jennifer obviously had to sell their old home in Houston.
They originally listed the five-bedroom, six-bathroom mansion for $1,225,000, and were optimistic about their chances of finding a buyer to pay that much. However, after a full year on the market, and no less than ten price slashes, it was finally sold – for a mere $899,000, or $326,000 less than the original asking price.
