Tommy used to be friends with Nancy and Steve. We see the friends enjoying each others company at a party at Tommy’s house where Nancy and Steve share their first moments as a couple. Things take a turn for the worse and this classic bully shows his true colors after Barb disappears and the group splits up. He fuels the fight between Steve and Jonathan early in season one and befriends new school bully, Billy, in season two.
