There is one aspect that stood out more than the rest: the car elevator. The elevator has been specially designed so that Nicole and Keith can drive straight in and get transported all the way to their home without getting out of the car.
It’s thought that their elevator was the first of its kind, but it didn’t end there. The couple are believed to be the first to own a sky garage as the cars are encased in a one-foot-thick concrete room that features mechanical ventilation, fire doors, and crash walls.
