Apparently, the couple were able to afford the apartment after they sold one of their other homes in Manhattan. Their former home featured views of New York Harbor, and they had spent thousands renovating the interior.
Nicole and Keith reportedly wanted to rent out their apartment at first for a small fee of $45,000 a month, but later put it on the market instead. Their Australian apartment now has chic stainless steel features and modern cupboards to keep everything neat and tidy.
