Sure, they may not be official parts of the Royal Family, but the British journalists and papers that have covered them for generations, are very much linked to the family. And whether the Royal Family likes it or not, they need their good graces to stay popular.
But Meghan never cared about all that, and as a result – the British press never seemed to care much for her. But since Megxit was announced, they have definitely not become kinder. Only the future will tell if Meghan’s frosty relationship with the media will ever improve.
