There have been many reports about Meghan Markle and her assistants over these few years. However, it was the news that Melissa Toubati suddenly wanted to leave her job that left most of the world silently stunned.

Melissa reported she would receive messages all day long, with the first often being at 5am. Six months was all it took for Melissa to decide that enough was enough. The Duchess then moved on to Amy Pickerill, but she too  quickly quit. Soon enough Meghan will have to get used to hiring assistants that are not on the royal payroll, and instead she’ll have to foot the bill herself…
