Well, according to reports, Parsons is ready to move on after being with the show for 12 years. Typically, after this long, the show would have naturally reached its end, but “The Big Bang Theory” has continued to power on in the ratings. With no apparent end in sight, Parsons realized that he’d have to bow out if he wanted to break free from the show anytime soon. It wasn’t an easy decision for him to make, but he didn’t want to be stuck playing the same character for years.
