After its first season pulled in 8 million viewers, the show has gone on to more than double its audience, with season nine boasting a viewership of over 20 million people. The fact that it’s still attracting such an audience is a clear sign that people aren’t yet ready to give up on the show. However, the decision is out of their hands thanks to one person.
