Dave Madden had an interesting life. He was born in Canada but was raised in Terre Haute, Indiana. He then went off to the Air Force, where his love of comedy enabled him to perform in front of the King of Libya.
He would go on to reprise the role of Partridge Family Manager Reuben Kincaid on the hit TV series of the same name. Sadly, Dave Madden died in hospice care in 2014 at the age of 82.
