Tony wasn’t able to exercise for very long, to begin with, and so had to start working out in short bursts. He would only do five minutes and gradually progressed to doing ten-minute stints. Eventually, he was able to exercise for extended periods which helped him to lose the weight so quickly. His body has undergone an incredible transformation in less than two years. Tony is the personification of dedication and determination, he showed that you can achieve anything as long as you work hard and keep focused.
