Devin Ratray, who played the role of Buzz in the film Home Alone, was interviewed by an Australian online magazine about his time on the Home Alone set. When he was asked about the time that Michael Jackson came to visit Macaulay on set, he said, “He seemed like he wanted to talk to me and open up. He really did feel comfortable around Macaulay and I, more than anyone else. He felt guarded and uncomfortable around adults. I think that’s why he gravitated towards Macaulay because he felt like he could trust a child more than he could trust adults who had a secondary motive.”
