It was Macaulay’s plan to parody Andy Warhol eating a Whopper from Burger King in Jørgen Leth’s 66 Scenes from America documentary. People enjoyed Macaulay’s video much more than anticipated, reaching well over 3 million views. The video is on the Pizza underground YouTube page and has disabled the comment section due to many comments by those who think they are funny.
