Even though Don and Kelly have been married for 20 years, their relationship is hardly the actor’s most famous. That accolade goes to Melanie Griffith, the actress who he tied the knot with twice. Johnson’s ties to his third wife started in the early ‘70s when he was still at the beginning of his career.
He was cast in the coming-of-age film ‘The Harrad Experiment’ alongside the actress’ mother, Tippi Hedren. Through his co-star, he was introduced to Griffith, and the chemistry between them was almost instantaneous.
