Between divorcing Griffith and marrying her again, Johnson was supposedly incredibly busy romancing other women. His longest relationship during that time was with the actress Patti D’Arbanville, who he apparently dated for much of the early ‘80s.
They’d apparently known each other for several years, but it wasn’t until Patti approached Don in an L.A. restaurant that anything really came of their connection. She supposedly announced herself as wife number four, after which the two spent the night together. That then led to eight days in bed, according to Don.
