When Harry enters his fourth year at Hogwarts, he meets a young lady by the name of Fleur Delacour. She comes from Beauxbatons Academy, a magical school from France that is staying at Hogwarts to participate in the Triwizard Tournament.
Fleur is a veela, which is a creature that is known for their stunning beauty. This young lady was quite bold when she decided to dress up as Fleur for Halloween – and we think she hit it out of the park.
