When Lianna was asked about her decision to help Nicole by carrying her baby for her, Lianna responded by saying that she was given the greatest gift of all. She had an incredible and loving family and now she had the opportunity to pay it forward. She had watched Nicole struggle for years with not being able to have children of her own and Lianna felt blessed to be able to help her get the family that she always wanted.
