The 2019 production of Cats suffered a lot of harsh criticism and ridicule, despite casting stars like Taylor Swift, Judi Dench, Idris Elba, and of course – James Corden. And James was quick to throw his Cats colleagues under the bus.
When asked about it, Corden said he hasn’t even seen the movie, and that he had heard it was terrible. While he had no trouble trashing a movie he chose to make, he also added that he had fun making it. That’s nice, but some fans thought that stars should stand by the work they do.
