Amazingly, Meryl Streep had spent her high school years performing in many plays but never fell in love with acting. It wasn’t until she left school that Meryl decided she wanted to become a famous actress.
After landing a part in the play Miss Julie while at college, Meryl managed to attract plenty of attention from across the campus. It was all up from there as Meryl taught herself how to act and has gone on to land several major roles in many Hollywood productions.
