The selling point for Erin, according to her, was that she would be playing the wife of Alison Arngrim’s character! However, not everyone was sold on the idea and instead of being a series, Life Interrupted was turned into a one-off TV movie instead.
It was released in February 2017 and ended up winning 16 awards, predominantly at independent film award ceremonies. Erin was back in the limelight, at least for a while.
