Back in 2016, the State of Idaho was proposing making some changes to the bounty hunting laws they had on the books. They wanted to make it so that bounty hunters would not be allowed to be licensed in Idaho without an advanced conceal and carry gun license.
Felons would not be able to be bounty hunters, as they can not carry guns. Dog called legislators in Idaho and the bill lost 57-13 in the state house.
