In mid July 2017, a man named Ed Forchion was arrested for trying to tamper with a witness. This means he was either threatening or coaching a witness into what to say so that the witness would not indict him.
Forchion says that this is not what happened and that he is being held as a political prisoner due to his Rastafarian beliefs. He went on a hunger strike, but after two weeks, Dog the Bounty Hunter convinced him to give it up.
