[post_page_title]Spider-Man 2 – Doc Ock doesn’t look too good[/post_page_title]
Long before Tom Holland donned the red-and-blue costume, there was Tobey Maguire, giving us the first big screen live-action adaptation of the Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man. The quality of the first three movies has been… uneven, to be charitable.
The second film from 2004 is widely considered to be the best. Featuring Alfred Molina as Doctor Octopus, it did a lot of things right. One thing it didn’t? Its CGI. Hindsight is 20/20, but just look at Doc Ock during this otherwise engaging and frantic action scene. He seems… unwell.
