As soon as fans and critics realized that George Clooney was teaming up with Disney to create a brand new adventure movie, everyone was on tenterhooks to see what he pulled out of the bag.
However, this original movie just couldn’t get off the ground, and its teaser trailers and movie posters just weren’t enough to get fans into the seats in the movie theaters. Because of this, Tomorrowland took it on the chin, with a hefty loss of around $80-$155 million. Thankfully, this didn’t put George Clooney off acting forever. Phew!
