There probably could not have been a better pair to play Lorelai and Rory in Gilmore Girls than Lauren Graham and Alexis Bledel. The two portrayed the mother-daughter duo perfectly and it’s shocking that they are not actually besties offset.
They do meet up every now and then, but they don’t spend nearly every second together as they did in the show. Another shocker is they are not 16 years apart (Lorelai had Rory as a teen), but there actually only 14 years between them.
