While it may be hard to believe that someone who looks like Megan Fox can be insecure, the actress actually hates even seeing pictures of herself, let alone watching her performances in films.
She has full on anxiety attacks and feels very uncomfortable seeing herself. The one time she did force herself to see one of her movies was when she was in Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen, but even then she needed to drink a few glasses of champagne before.
