Star of the movie Boyhood Ethan Hawke ran the 2015 New York City Marathon for the Doe Fund, an American organization that provides work, housing, education, and counseling to the homeless. He finished with a time or 4:25:30. He says that fame was not his friend during the marathon. He found it so challenging and he was in so much pain that all he really wanted was to be anonymous in that moment.
