Not only was Tommy a dedicated member on his college’s track and field team, he also competed on his own outside of school. He focused on competing in races and marathons and trained hard to succeed as an athlete. Since Tommy became a grandfather, though, his life has drastically changed, and it is now filled with childcare and different responsibilities. This means that his athletic competitions had to take a back seat.
