The Southeast Asian nation is made up of a cluster of islands and is framed by the South China Sea, the Philippine Sea, and the Celebes Sea. The military in the Philippines is broken up into three branches – the Philippine Air Force, the Philippine Navy and the Philippine Army. There are 220,000 active frontline personnel and 430,000 on reserve duty, and own 135 air crafts, 45 tanks, and their naval strength stands at 135.
