We’re not sure what compels people to hit someone’s car and then carry on driving. It’s such a bad thing to do, but people do it anyway. Well, one person decided at that moment to make off rather than stick around.
Unfortunately for them, their bumper and number plate also came off when they hit the vehicle, making it much easier for them to be located. That’s probably why this guy’s smiling, as it means justice can be served.
