This is another person who thought they’re above the law, and decided to park their car right where they shouldn’t have. It’s clearly interrupting the construction workers do their jobs, but they didn’t let it go over without taking action
You’ve ‘bin’ hadThey just surrounded this person’s car with heavy, hard-to-move bins. This definitely made this car owner’s life harder when they wanted to get back into their car and drive away. Hopefully, the lesson was learned.
