Hurricane Katrina wasn’t the only natural disaster to destroy people’s homes and lives. Hurricane Harvey tore through Houston and caused so much damage largely due to flooding.
Drones were actually being used in the aftermath so the authorities could assess just how much damage had been caused by the hurricane. The total cost of the damage was estimated to be around $125 billion after homes, bridges, power lines, offices blocks, and roads all took a big hit.
