Creating a road that stops in a dead end at a cul de sac is one thing, but this is something else entirely! By the look of it, the crew that was working on building this road just up and walked, or drove rather, off and wiped their hands clean of the entire situation.
Hopefully, no one driving heads down that road too fast without looking ahead of themselves, or we might have ourselves a serious coyote and roadrunner situation on our hands.
