Sarah Jessica Parker is best known for playing fashion-obsessed columnist Carrie Bradshaw on SATC. In real life, though, Parker believes in saving money wherever she can, and she makes it a point to teach her children about fiscal responsibility.
Instead of high-end boutiques, the actress and her daughters often frequent second hand clothing stores. She’s even known to sew her children’s clothes when they’re torn or ripped, and has passed on her love of sewing to one of her daughters.
