Alicia Keys has a well-nurtured IQ of 154. The musician first exercised her talents on the classical piano at the age of 12 and majored in choir at the Professional Performance Arts School of Manhattan. For her undergraduate studies, she attended Columbia University on a full scholarship but dropped out after a month to focus on her music career. Alicia, not surprisingly, was being hunted down many record labels that wanted to sign and promote her promising talent. In 1998, she created her first album with Artista Records.
