Former bad boy and actor Christian Slater was arrested in 1994 at John F. Kennedy Airport in New York after a metal detector caught Slater trying to get a 9mm handgun through airport security. Slater was immediately arrested and detained by airport security, as well as charged with criminal possession of a weapon. This was the case long before 9/11, imagine what it would be like if he tried pulling such a stunt afterwards!
