Yes, apologies to anyone who loves soccer, but you know that this is true. Every year, the hype around international sports competitions just seems to go up and up.
However, when you get down to the nitty-gritty of it all, it’s pretty boring. This person was just telling the truth and saying what they really feel – because the World Cup does get pretty boring. Watching an actual world on an actual cup is how we’d much rather spend our weekend. Sorry, not sorry.
