Although TSA agents have an extremely important job, they also have the responsibility to make sure it goes as smoothly as possible. Detaining people in rooms or delaying the testing of their milk for too long, means they might have to miss their flights and have a terrible experience at the airport.
While it’s important to keep passengers safe, it’s also important not to make passengers feel like criminals solely because they have to travel with milk for their children.
