This is maybe the best Halloween costume the Kardashian-Jenner family has ever debuted. North and Penelope, the famous young cousins, who coincidentally happen to be best friends, were dressed as Disney’s beloved characters from Frozen, in 2015.
Frozen features Anna and Elsa, who start and end the movie as very close friends, as well as relatives. This makes the duo perfect costume inspiration for the two young girls who are good friends and relatives, just like the characters.
