Clowns are clearly scary to lots of people, otherwise there wouldn’t be a whole bunch of folks dressing like them to freak out drivers. This clown was loitering in the middle of the road just waiting for a car to come by, and when it did the clown sprung into action.
First they slowly ambled toward the vehicle and its driver before launching into a sprint, following the car as it rapidly reversed out of the terrifying situation.
