The Sultanah of Malaysia, Nur Zahirah, was the 13th queen consort of her home country form 2006 until 2011. With her husband, Sultan Mizan Zainal Abidin, she has 4 children and her social contributions include welfare projects, hospice and is the patron of the first pre-school in Terengganu. The Sultanah is also the Chancellor of the Universiti Sultan Zainal Abidin.
