Times Square in New York City is one of the most popular tourist destinations in America. As such, there are plenty of characters who walk around, waiting to take photos with people.
They usually don’t get into any altercations, but in this case, it seems that something’s going on with Elmo. Maybe Woody’s charm is getting him more pictures than Elmo, or maybe Elmo and Woody had a thing going on… we’ll never truly know. But Elmo’s sad, longing look definitely steals the shot.
