In 2018 alone DJ Drew Taggart, together with his partner Alex Pall in the duo Chainsmokers, made an astounding $45.5 million. This is even more impressive as the two have only been active in the music industry since 2014. With the $45.5 million they made last year, they actually out-earned much more established DJ’s such as Steve Aoki and David Guetta.
Besides releasing catchy hits such as Closer and Something Just Like This, Drew and Alex have also spent the last three years in a residency deal with Wynn Nightlife, which has enabled them to collect generous checks for each of the over one hundred sets they’ve played. Despite Drew receiving criticism for his lack of singing skills, he has proved he has what it takes to succeed.
