There was more than one onlooker who decided to take action that day. Earlier, another female patron overheard the mother telling the boy he had a spending limit of $4. Following this remark, that female patron leaned over towards the table and offered to pay for the boy’s meal on her tab, saying he could pick anything on the menu he wanted!
