He was one of the best-selling musical acts of all-time, and left behind a $250 million fortune. Rogers’ last big home was in Sandy Springs, Georgia. The 12,730-square-foot property was located on a 1.5-acre estate, and boasted 22 rooms, a Roman spa, and more. Heck, there’s even a complete apartment above the adjacent garage!
