Known as Mr. Corelli by his students, Francis Corelli taught Miley, Oliver, and Lilly several subjects in middle school and teaches them history in high school. Although he is a grown man, he is known to live with his mother and has a silly and outgoing personality. Mr. Corelli favors certain students, such as Jake Ryan, over the others. In an alternate timeline episode, he is Miley’s private teacher, and doesn’t get angry if she turns her homework in late.
