Parking is a nightmare, right? When finding a spot is a free-for-all and when you have neighbors to contend, there’s no doubt about the fact that it becomes a game of dodgems. People start to park wherever they can find space, and they even start to park wherever they can’t find space.
This often leads to people being blocked in or parking illegally, and Chloe from 1A just wasn’t going to stand for it. Actually, she was going to stand for it while she was getting her neighbor’s car towed, but then she was going to chill out.
