Some excuses go straight past being acceptable, and all the way to how did that ever happen? One person received their parcel only to find there was a massive tear in the envelope and their things were gone.
One phone call later, and they soon learned the truth. Apparently, they could see that their parcel went from three pounds to nothing at one of the checkpoints. This left them scratching their heads as to why they delivered the package in the first place.
