We feel a little bad for Mischa because she really did mean well, but we also definitely understand where the haters were coming from because her post was a little bit in poor taste.
The actress posted this photo in response to a deadly shooting of an African American man by two caucasian police officers – one that caused much controversy and led to several protests. People thought Barton’s photo was disrespectful because she was lounging on a luxurious boat while people’s lives were unraveling because of the event.
