Daphne Millbrook, played by Brea Grant, has the power of superhuman speed. She used to use this power to help her steal, running really fast to shoplift whatever she wanted, but then she was recruited into the mysterious company that works with evolved humans. She works as a recruiter herself to try to bring other evolved humans into the team. We later find out that Daphne has cerebral palsy, which affects her when she does not have her power and makes her unable to walk without crutches.
